Hello
Got a problem here with a customer. The customer is a very large company that has an existing Web Reporter that is working fine and another in a different part of the world which is having problems. Both are configured the same in respect to how they recieve logs. The problem is that on of them will not process the log files. On looking in the logs I have found the following error:

This is not the running out of memory error that others have reported. Can anyone shed some light on this for me please.
