Re: Web Reporter - Browse time?

I think you are saying that your browse times are being displayed in second units, not hours:minutes:seconds?

The browsetime should be displayed like this.

1 days 12 hours 10 minutes 50 seconds

5 hours 23 minutes 10 seconds

8 minutes 40 seconds

etc.

What version of Web Reporter are you using?

Re: Web Reporter - Browse time?

That´s right.

Browse Time is displaying seconds, as can be seen in attached image.

Re: Web Reporter - Browse time?

Sorry, it's not possible to set the units for time.  You cannot have 4 days 2 hours displayed as 98 hours.  I'm assuming this report is for more than one day, correct?  If you change this to a daily report the browsetime should not exceed 24 hours and then it will remain in hours.

Re: Web Reporter - Browse time?

Is there a browes time for individual users?  We would like to run a Quick View report that shows the percentage of browse time on all the sites a user went to for an entire day.

This will help tell us if the user is browsing mostly on non business sites or complying to company policy.

Thanks!

Browse time per user, yes; browse time by site, no.

In the release of Web Reporter 5.2 there are some small changes in how browsetime is stored which should produce good browse-time by site results, but only if the data was imported with paged-view enabled.

Re: Web Reporter - Browse time?

Browse Time to Summary Executive Report could display per hour, not per seconds.

My managers do not understand why not it is possible change this calculation.
