Web Gateway in Proxy HA Mode Both two Appliances show as Redundant Director

I just configured two appliances in Proxy HA Mode but both two appliances showed as redundant director. How can I fix this problem?

Hello @Former Member,

I assume it is a wrong configuration then. I think this is version >8.2, so using new haproxy.

I have written a community article here showing a proper setup of 2 MWG with IP addresses:

In case you have FTP proxy enabled, please also check if the listener are configured like this:
client listener port 15000–20000 and server listener port 20001–25000

If you still have issues, cannot find config error etc. I would suggest to open a ticket with support and attach a feedback file so that we can check complete configuration.
