Re: Web Gateway Unexpectly appliance off-line.

Can you please check if the RMM (on 5500 and 5000) has any event during that time?

thanks,

Michael

What do I need to know this?

I can check logs in the MWG to find this?

Re: Web Gateway Unexpectly appliance off-line.

Hi Yerko,

Nothing stands out in the messages output. At first glance the messages looks like a normal shutdown.

Do you have a SR open on this?

Jon

Re: Web Gateway Unexpectly appliance off-line.

Hi Yerko,

File a SR please! Any data we would need from you is too sensitive to post on the community.

RMM/DRAC = remote access card -- so you can login to the appliance remoteley

Best Regards,

Jon
