our company's website (index page only) is being blocked by the Web Gateway URL filter. I found out when surfing the internet whilst at a customer.
We did have a problem in the past on the website caused by a virus, but this was rectified over 1 year ago. Is there a way to update the URL filter to prevent this for happening?

Lookup the site by name and by IP address on trustedsource.org -- http://www.trustedsource.org/en/feedback/url?action=checksingle.
You should always submit the URL on trustedsource.org WITH an account, this should resolve the issue.
Try plugging the URL in the format of:
