Web Gateway SSO Connector Catalog N/A Not Applicable

My SSO Catalog on my McAfee Web Gateway is not updating.  This update version can be found under Dashboard > Charts and Tables > System Summary > Update Status.  I was on version 7.6.2 then upgraded to 7.7 to see if this would resolve it but it still didn't update.  Any help would be appreciated.

Can you check if your license has the "Identity" feature enabled? You can check this by looking at Configuration -> License. There is a field called "Features".

For "Features" it says "Gateway Antimalware" but no "Identity".
