Understanding and configuring bandwidth control - download link not working.

I would like to download the example ruleset that is linked in the document -

but unfortunately the link isn't working. Any chance this could be fixed?  It's an excellent document but an example ruleset would still be useful!

There is still an attachment on the document, I just need modify the link inside the doc.

Many thanks for the quick response and I'll know to scroll to the bottom for the attachments in future. Ruleset is loaded so now for a fun day with the test proxy server!
