These Java errors are making me crazy

We have 2 web gateway appliances.  I can never consistently connect to them.  I constantly get com.scur.k.applet errors on login.  What is that after I get them, it assumes I am logged in, so I am locked out from trying to log in with my account for some time.  I get these errors in Chrome, Firefox, and IE.  My Java IS up to date as it usually is, I have tried multiple times to clear my Java Cache, I still cannot connect with any regularity.  How in the world do I manage something I can't login to?  Any suggestions?

Which errors do you get?

In the Java Console hit 5 to get a full trace. In addition are you getting any error that would allow you to get "Details".

If yes copy both into there, if not, give us the console output.

Re: These Java errors are making me crazy

Initially I get ClassNotFoundException  - then com.scur.k.Applet.  If I click details, I simply get the following:

Java Plug-in

Using JRE version 1.8.0_45-b14 Java HotSpot(TM) Client VM

User home directory = C:\Users\myUser

c:   clear console window

f:   finalize objects on finalization queue

g:   garbage collect

h:   display this help message

l:   dump classloader list

m:   print memory usage

o:   trigger logging

q:   hide console

r:   reload policy configuration

s:   dump system and deployment properties

t:   dump thread list

v:   dump thread stack

x:   clear classloader cache

0-5: set trace level to <n>
