The number of concurrent connections has exceeded the configured high-load limit

Hello,

I am seeing below Warning message on our webGateways. Presently we have a connection limit of 50000 which is maximum on each proxy server (4 servers we have). How check which host initiating more connection and causing this issue?

Total we have 4 proxy servers, each of those will “round robin”.

Warning message: the Web Gateway Appliance with the hostname "ABCPROXY1" reported the following Incident:"The number of concurrent connections has exceeded the configured high-load limit. The appliance has entered high-load status. Requests sent to the appliance are accepted with a delay."

You can check current connections using cli command:

/opt/mwg/bin/mwg-core -S connections

Column "Client IP" should be used to check which host initiated so many connections.

Re: The number of concurrent connections has exceeded the configured high-load limit

Hi,

Hope you are doing well.

To dump into a file the active connections:-

/opt/mwg/bin/mwg-core -S connections > connections.txt
