I'm getting a message on the console MWG:
TX WARNING Forwarding to a non extant partner <partner name> - partner has no device
Alquem have no idea what it is?
I moved this to Web Gateway for faster handling as that is what appears in your profile.
This is no default MWG message. it might be a customized one though. You should use rule engine tracing to see where the transaction stops to identify the rule and the respective error reason.
It seems that this is not the case.
I get the same error message and it is confusing bc it is shown within the login line.

I do not know where the numbers are coming from.
