Sometimes I need to restart Web Gateway 7

Hi to all.

I have a problem whit my Web Gateway.

After a few days of use, I need to restart the server because it starts to be very slow and does not open web sites. I also have difficulty in accessing the page via gui for management.

The only solution is to restart the server (virtual vmware).

This is a problem because I create a disservice to the more than 1000 users.

Sorry for my English.

The experience is that of a saturated server, but the hardware resources are free and I can not find any particular error from the logs.

Thank in advance to all.

Re: Sometimes I need to restart Web Gateway 7

Hello,

please do the following:

- Leave the system running until it becomes slow

- Go to Troubleshooting -> Feedback and create a Feedback (this can take a while if the system is slow)

- After the Feedback completed please reboot the system

- Once the system is fast again, create another Feedback

Then open a Service Request with support and add both Feedbacks. They contain snapshots of the system status and support can verify why the system becomes slow. Because the Feedback contains sensitive data I would recommend to not post them to the community, but work with support.

Best,

Andre
