hello my friends.
I have a small problem in web reporter, I can not view the logs of the current day (today) I wonder if someone can help me.
the web gateway setup this this way ..
now thank you and sorry for any english error.
In Web Reporter, do you see log parsing jobs? (Administration > Setup > Log Sources > Jobs)
Are the log parsing jobs successful or failed? If they are failed, then there is probably something wrong with the log header.
If they are successful, how many errors? If they are 100% errors, then the logging rule doesn't match the header.
If you don't see any log parsing jobs for the current date (the date and time of the logs are in their name YYYYmmDDhhMMss) then check the log manager logs under Troubleshooting section in the Web Gateway.Message was edited by: sroering on 9/24/12 8:29:29 AM CDT
You are not rotating the logs frequently enough on the Web Gateway. The Web Gateway will only send logs when they are rotated. Your log files are more than 500 MB compressed since September 20. It is better to keep the file sizes under 500MB.
Fix the log rotation and you should see more current data.
Hi, do you have more often push in global configuration ? There 2 places to configure logs push.
We use it like this and it pushes logs every hour as expected.

Set the log rogation under the policy shown on your screenshot in the first post above. It looks like the logs are only getting rotated every 12 hours for the past couple days.
