Remote Root Logon with SSH

Can this option be enabled after the intial setup of the MWG7; if so, how?

This knowledge base article is for MWG 6.8.7 but it applies the same for version 7

Thanks for the help!

Here's exactly what I did and I'm no Linux man, so I'm sure there are some extra steps I stuck in there.

1)  I signed on to the appliance

2)  Entered the command "man man"

3)  Hit F5

4)  Entered "/etc/ssh/sshd_config"

5)  Hit "v"

6)  Scrolled down to "#PermitRootLogin yes", put the cursor under the "#", and hit Delete

7)  Hit CTRL-Q

8)  Entered "exit"

9)  Hit "q"

10) Entered "/etc/init.d/sshd restart"

11) Entered "exit"

I tested it out with putty and I could connet with SSH!
