I have set up the RMM on my 5500's and after saving the configuration, the root id and password are reset to anonymous and I cannot log in via rmm.
Oddly enough, the ip, netmask and route are sustained.

I recommend to file a Service Request with support. Maybe someone else has some more insight, unfortunately I don't own any box with RMM.
