Thanks Andre, i upgrade to 7.2 version but still can not login to console (see attachments). Maybe same the problem here https://community.mcafee.com/message/230112 but this situation not central management.

is it possible that you changed your password via the UI? There was a bug that causes a similar behaviour when doing so. It is fixed meanwhile, but when you changed your password with a specific version, it messed up the admin configuration files.
See KB73782 for details. From what I can see this could be the problem, so maybe you want to follow the instructions in the KB article.

Hi Andre, i didn't change password. Because the appliance running from my customers so i can not try to fix with KB73782. Now i still waiting for answers from McAfee. Thanks!
