Wilmer,

you might get notice in a Block Page. This destination Port isnt allowed per policy and you might be able to create rule engine trace to identify whe it is blocked.

In the default policy it would be

UI > Policy > Common Rules > Restrict Destination Port to Allowed CONNECT Ports

It is using "Allowed CONNECT Ports" List which you can edit by adding port 44301 and save you settings.
