Not able to import new certificate

When trying to import User interface Certificate in PEM format i get this error:

 

Certificate and private key do not match

 

When testing certificate all is correct.

Hi Morten,

please check your private Key file. For importing certificates into McAfee Webgateway you need to have a RSA private key.
So open your private key file with a text editor and check the first line, it should begin like this:




----- BEGIN RSA PRIVATE KEY ----

... if the "RSA" is missing, you have to convert it with OpenSSL using the following syntax:

openssl rsa -in myprivate.key -out myprivateRSA.key

After that you may retry the import using the converted RSA Key.

Hi Morten,
