First question how big are most of your deployments?
Second is actually a problem that we had
We have 2 6.8 MWG appliances serving internet for our organization. They are configured for load balancing and failover. Today the PAC file on one of the appliances turned blank causing problems with our (???? Older, anyone have info from citrix on this?) Citrix clients. We resolved the issue by rebooting that appliance. The other appliance was serving the correct PAC and that is the appliance that is configured as our "master".
Any ideas/help is appreciated!
Thanks

We have (and now not resolved) issue with Citrix:
1. use PAC file
2. have specified in Internet options direct proxy settings (see picture )
Citrix client use #2 (direct proxy settings) instead of PAC file
Did you check your network interface binding order.
on the appliance? No, would a bad configuration cause a blank pac file to be served?
Thanks.
I don't believe that is a correct statement with our configuration. We currently allow internet without the Proxy, however are pointing our clients to the proxy. So when it gets a blank PAC new citrix clients have an issue but surfing the internet is not a problem. Now I agree though if you only allowed traffic through the proxy having that file blank would be an issue.
Same thing diffrent appliance... Can anyone shed some light on this situation. It's very frustrating that this continues to fail.
