MWG 6.8.7. Build 8378 - Downloading files

Jump to solution

Hello,

when downloading files they are stored temporary in

/opt/webwasher-csm/tmp/webwasher-wwasher

For example there is a file with name

"ww_szfUaW6Xd8ymcIUb_50568112_0.tmp"

which is growing.

Is it possible to see the original filename and the URL where this is downloaded from in any log file?

Best regards.

Hello,

yes this should be possible. There is a thread overview when you access your appliance via

http://appliance:9999/dbinfo?type=threads

It shows you running threads which include downloads as well.

All temporary files are stored two times, one if the download itself, one is used for filtering etc. I have downloaded a Debian ISO, and was able to lookup the temporary file as shown below:

Auswahl_267.png

I was only able to find one of the two copies, but you can identify files which belong together by their file size usually.

I hope this helps.

Best,

Andre
