MCP vs Citrix VPN

We are experiencing a delay when we are using the MCP from the Citrix VPN, the MCP must redirect the traffic to the Proxy server on premise, sometimes it works correctly without a problem but at times it presents a very high delay, the browser remains processing and fails or presents the web portal.

I need your help, I would appreciate it with my heart.

We have bypassed the VPN processes, the problem we present is high response time on occasions.

in some moments it works well and in others not, it is very slow
