Although ˊ2.5.0 support the 10.14.6 based on the release notes. In my environment all new install OS with MCP 2.5.0 or upgrade from 10.14.5, both will get the issue. With MCP 2.4.0 is fine. How to collect the log in Mac?
BTW, upgrade MacOS 10.14.5 with MCP 2.4.0 to 10.14.6, the MCP can't upgrade to 2.5.0. Need to remove by the cmd.

to collect troubleshooting data you should be able to use MER tool from your system tray. Click on McAfee Symbol > Help > Run MER Tool

Base on the MCP 2.5.0 release notes, it did support 10.14.x. As I mention in the first, MCP upgrade from 2.4.0 is not workable. Both 2.4.0 and 2.5.0 are 64 bit.
MCP 2.5.0 did install correctly and it should be malfunction in the 10.14.5. At the same time MCP 2.4.0 work greatly.
due to complexity of this issue and data you will need to share I suggest you to create a new Service Request along with MER output.
