Depending on how big your log files are this is about twice as fast.

awk '{a[$4]++}END{for(i in a){print a"\t"i}}' access.log |sort -n|tail

thank you M.BM. OK it is not meaning by share the traffic 50%-50%, but of course it is not meaning  95%-5% too
