Linux Identity Policy

Hello

We have policy rules whichidentify user groups with LDAP and authorize privileges accordingly

However Linux users and Linuxbased network devices are specified as IP addresses

Is there a way to authenticate Linux systems (including network devices such as F5 and etc...) in the same way as Windows systems instead of using IP?

Thanks

D.

Re: Linux Identity Policy

You could check the user-agent and see if that contains any hint for Linux.

Other than that - it will be difficult.
