Issue "Could not find mapping for" Web Gatewa 7.4

After update my proxy from 7.2 to 7.4.1 version, I can not login with my domain account that is configured with Super Administrator ROLE

The error that appears is:

COULD NOT FIND MAPPING FOR

Only can login with admin local account and then I test with my domain account in Users section and indicate te following:

Authentication with Internal Administrators:

Error: wrong username or password

Authentication against external server: OK 

Authentication group attributes:

Error: No role mappable

I hope that somebody can you help me.

Take a screenshot of the issue.

If you are expecting to be assigned to a role based on group, make sure you have the group specified as domain\\group instead of domain\group.

Hi th3,

My original reply was intended if you were using NTLM AND the box for "include domain name in group name" was checked.

Since you are using LDAP, you do not need to include the domain name in the group you specify.

If you are still having problems, I would guess it is related to your LDAP settings instead.

What kind of LDAP server is it?
