How to send different log to multiple syslog server

Let say i have 2 syslog server and i want to send debug log to server1 and info log to server 2. What i have done is i added *.info;daemon.none;authpriv.none;cron.none -/var/log/messages daemon.info @Server2 daemon.debug @Server1 As well as add a send to syslog rule under log handler. The result i got is i receive both info and debug on each server instead. Mind advise me what i do wrong?

Re: How to send different log to multiple syslog server

Make sure that you point to the correct syslog levels in your Log handler's. Additionally make sure that in the rsyslog.conf you exclude the lower levels for sending syslog to the higher levels like this one:

daemon.notice;daemon.!=warning @syslog-receiver:1234

So in your case you would need

damon.info @receiver2

daemon.debug;daemon.!=info @receiver1
