How to grant access to Google Earth without grant access to other Google services (GMail, Drive, etc

I was trying to create a rule to grant access to users to use Google Earth. I created an exception rule for a long list of hosts which Google Earth try to connect unsuccessfully. The idea is to grant access only to Google Earth, not to additional Google services like GMail or Google Drive because as you know, all Google services share the same infrastructure. We are using AD authentication to grant access to Internet and MWG 9.2.4. Does anyone have a solution or an idea to solve this issue? Any help will be appreciated.
