How to correctly whitelist a block due to not supported filetype by archivehandler

Dear all

From time to time I run into problems regaring the archive handler such as the following:

[09/Apr/2013:08:14:25 +0200] "**********" ******************** 403 "GET http://download2.id-berlin.de/sap/2013/20130319_ish_schnittstelle.zip HTTP/1.1" "Public Information" "Minimal Risk" "" 3050 "Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 8.0; Windows NT 5.1; Trident/4.0; .NET CLR 2.0.50727; .NET CLR 3.0.04506.30; .NET4.0C; .NET4.0E; .NET CLR 3.0.4506.2152; .NET CLR 3.5.30729; .NET CLR 1.1.4322; InfoPath.3)" "" "35"

From that log entry you can see that the download has been blocked by reason code 35. How to correctly whitelist or handle such blocks?

Thanks for any hints (even for pointing to some a resource which I did not find so far).

Rgs, Stefan

Re: How to correctly whitelist a block due to not supported filetype by archivehandler

Hi,

by default the error code "35" belongs to the block action called "Not supported archive". Most likely you have some rules within the Media Type filter that blocks archive types MWG cannot handle. Use a whitelist entry to skip the rule causing the block to allow the download.

Best,

Andre
