Hello,

the VIA information seems to be gone. You are removing "X_FORWARDED_FOR", but the Header is called "X-Forwarded-For". The Web Site is not giving you the name of headers you can remove on MWG, but uses the name of some PHP methods which MWG does not know.

Try to change the underscores to dashes and try again.

Best,

Andre

Hello,

user a rule for this that calls the Event "Header.RemoveAll("Via")" and maybe "Header.RemoveAll("X-Forwarded-For") and try again!

Best,

Andre

Ooooor, go to Configuration > Proxies and scroll to the very end. Now open the Advanced Settings and remove the tick box for:

HTTP(S): Remove all Hop-By-Hop Headers

First of all the logic says that this tick should be checked, because we want to hide/remove the headers.

In addition in my environment these ticks do not do anything, only rules with events Header.RemoveAll("Via") and "Header.RemoveAll("Via")" remove the headers sent (running 7.1.5.1.0)

Hello,

I've tried posted sugesstions. Find please my steps:

1.bmp

I've removed and putted tick box for: HTTP(S): Remove all Hop-By-Hop Headers

Web gateway 7.1.5 doesn't hide internal network information

As a last step I've added Event "Header.RemoveAll("Via")" and "Header.RemoveAll("X-Forwarded-For") rules. Hence - no changes

Try putting these Header.RemoveAll items higher on the tree. I have this rule right after authentication and before anything else and it works (But not he tick on configuration).
