Hi and

Sorry for late.

Here you can find the instruction and Rule by attached file.

Now you can do your preferred action to control Different categories on your demand just by some little modification.

Rule is dedicated to do below mentioned task:

1. Force search engines to work in strict-safe-search

2. Checking the web source (Contents)

3. Checking the URLs by approximately all types as : host, path, raw,...

4. Checking the URLs by Acceptable Dictionaries based on DLP

5. Provide flexibility working with both Custom List or Category (As you wish!)

6. Removing Web Ads, Spam URLs,... by Reporting URL Categories

7. Providing super strict format on your demand.

Best Wishes.

Enjoy.

Hi allgoosk,

What exactly did you try? Are you somehow extracting the <html> <title> tag and blocking that?

Screenshot of the rules you have in place would help.

Best Regards,

Jon

Hi you want to take a look at the MWG online ruleset library.

There is a new version of the youtube API ruleset. It´s called Youtube API v3 Category/Uploader/DLP Filters.

Ruleset description:

This rule set utilizes version 3 of the Youtube API. It uses the API to fetch category, title, description and uploader/channel details and provides several filter capabilities based on this meta details. These are: Filter on category, Filter on uploader, Filter on channel, Filter on keywords, Filter on DLP engine results, Filter on Video IDs. Note: The Youtube API v3 requires a personal API key for querying the API. Please read the documentation to learn more.

Based on the description it should also be possible to manage Tite/Description of youtube videos.

Btw, any metadata of any youtube content is not visible in the URL. Therefore you need to add the youtube API Ruleset to manage youtube content. Actually we are managing access to youtube videos based on uploader and this works great.

Hope this helps,

Cheers, Thorsten

keep in mind: the "Youtube API v3 Category/Uploader/DLP Filters" works only with SSL Interception is enables. Otherwise proxy is not able to retrieve the path and parameter part of the URL!

Can you provide some instructions with this ruleset

It looks like you put a lot of work into it.

Hi dude,

Did you find some wrong script in it or you confirmed its flexibility?

Hi MBM,

I did not find any problems with the ruleset, however, I didnt explore it too deeply. I mainly asked if you could post instructions because after quickly looking at the ruleset I found was fairly complex (not a bad thing), so for newer users it may be tougher to understand without a little bit of guidance.
