Hi, I'm hitting an error when attempting to upload a backup file to a new Web Gateway. v9.2.6
The dialogue box opens to upload a file and I can select the required object but immediately get an error with HTTP Status 403 - Forbidden error.
I'm using the HTML5 GUI option and my GUI session is a local account with Super Admin role assigned.
Any thoughts appreciated
I am restoring backups with HTML GUI almost daily and never faced this issue. I did a research in our DB and also could not found something. So I think it would be the best to reproduce the issue, create a feedback file as per below and open a SR with support that we can check for exact error message etc.
FEEDBACK FILE 1) Navigate to "Troubleshooting" > select the MWG you are testing on > "Feedback" 2) Keep the option "Pause running McAfee Web Gateway to create a backtrace (recommended)" enabled (this will NOT stop any service!) 3) Click the "Create Feedback File" button. This way we get your policy, configuration and debug information. Via CLI: # /opt/mwg/bin/feedback.sh -l 2
