Google Chrome blocking the usage of the Review Request page for URLs

It looks like Google changed something in one of their latest browser updates. Our URL submission page stopped working about two weeks ago. All other browsers work fine (IE, Firefox, Safari).

Found the URL to a local restaurant that is blocked to show an example of the issue.

Symptom: When trying to access a URL that is uncategorized we block the access and present the user with a page. The user can click the "Submit a Site Review Request" link to fill out the page with the reason for the access request. This works fine on all browsers with the exception of Chrome. Chrome just reloads the page referencing the submission page and still blocks it. Has anyone experienced this?

can you please file a service request and give me the number? I am happy to take a look.

If you want to take a look yourself I would start at the browser console of the browser. Is there any error printed when clicking the button? Do a rule engine trace on the MWG. Is there any hint here?
