Does anyone know how I can modify the FTP limits? Whenever our customers download big files ( over 3G ) via the FTP, the download hangs and simply fails after some time. I cant seem to be able to isolate the problem - so I'm assuming there's a limit on the webgateway somewhere.
I think we isolated the problem - when users download via FTP, the malware scanning engine kicks in. We placed a "SKIP SCANNING when protocol is FTP" and all is working now. I'm sure its not best practice but to get my users up and running , we had no choice.
