[FATAL] Could not start Konfigurator / [ERROR] attaching to the Coordinator failed

Hi, All.

Sorry for duplicate post, but please explain, what I'm doing wrong?

After deploying VHD with MWG 8.2.0-29996 to Azure, I cannot enter to configurator console.

When I try to access it, the next error message appears:

Spoiler

Issue while trying to connect to McAfee Web and Identity platform server.
Please restart MWG (service mwg restart) and log on again.

Deployment was provide, using this manual.

I have try to resolve this issue, using this solution, but no success.

I can attach Logs

  • /opt/mwg/log/mwg-errors/mwg-coordinator.errors*.log
  • /opt/mwg/log/mwg-errors/mwg-core.errors*.log

and JournalCTL commands output:

  • journalctl -u mwg-coordinator
  • journalctl -u mwg-antimalware
  •
  •
  • but didn't know if they contain private info?
