Extract/Get ALL urls within a ruleset question

Hello,

I am trying to see an easier way to get all URLS within a ruleset.

Within our ruleset, we have rules that specify specific urls and some are in the list.

I have been asked before to get all URLS within that ruleset and it was tedious as I had to go through individuals rules in the ruleset and copy the urls and go to the list within that rule and copy it from there. 

Any easy way to do this ?  Thanks in Advance.
