Error message when beginning update.

Greetings,

I'm taking a look at Dashboard there is a message error, and when open logs file for this error I see this error
MWG-client : ERROR failed to send request / failed to read response.

But the MWG  takes to successfully update.

How to solve this error?
and What is the reason for the appearance of the message with the knowledge that he was working update?

Hello,

I have never seen such a message. It would be helpful to compare what has been written in the update and coordinator logs when this error is logged in the dashboard. The message itself is not very helpful, unfortunately.

those messages seem to be related to updatable system lists. They are somehow updated through an internal REST call to 127.0.0.1 port 4710. This seems to fail somehow:

MWG-client : Sending Request to https://127.0.0.1:4710/Konfigurator/REST/login

MWG-client : POST /Konfigurator/REST/login HTTP/1.1

MWG-client :  0 unknown

MWG-client : ERROR failed to send request / failed to read response

You could check if port 4710 is listening on your MWG installation. It seems that something prevents the update to happen successfully. I think it might be helpful to file an SR with support and send them a feedback so that they can check all the settings and find out whats going wrong here.
