Embedded Autodesk MapGuide

Jump to solution

I'm having problems with an embedded application at http://www2.callsunshine.com/irthinternet/ViewMap.asp in 7.0.2

  • I have excluded the site from being filtered (*.callsunshine.com/*)
  • I have no MediaType restriction on the test user
  • I have included the test user in a group in which their downloads don't get scanned

I keep getting this error

Any thoughts?

Hi ittech,

The tcpdump was the perfect thing to do.

Problem is that the server is using mixed line breaks in its http response headers. some are "\0d\0a", some are "\0a\0a" and so on.

MWG 7.0.2.2 fixes issues with these mixed server responses.

Did you attempt to plug the URL into the Web browser to see what results you get? This will show if you if its getting blocked for some reason.

Alternativley check in the logs to see if its being blocked for some reason by your ruleset.

Logs show both sites as Allow

If I type in the address straight into the browser I get this:

irth2.png

My Connection Timeout for HTTP is 120 seconds. This gets returned after about 50 seconds or so.

I've also attached a dump trying to go to the initial veiw map site. It shows a bunch of ACKs to lost segments and duplicate ACKs, dunno if that helps. The IP that's trying to connect is 172.23.42.134

Apparently the MediaType is application/x-mdf I don't see a reference to this on my MediaType List. Could that be a problem?

Do you know if that's an update I can do from the UI without restarting the appliance or do I have to manually download the update, upload it to the MWG7, and restart?

Thanks!

Thanks, Jon. Just to double check, though because it doesn't mention it in the documentation. This won't restart the appliance, correct?
