I'm seeing timeout errors on the dashboard, and in the customer_maintained_lists.log on some of my MWG appliances. Some of them have errors for one list, and some for two lists, but some appliances aren't having any timeout errors. Are there any configuration settings in the "Central Management > Advanced Subscribed Lists Settings" that might help clear up this issue?

Hello,
the timeout could indicate there is a network issue fetching the data or MWG takes too long to process the list after it received it.
First of all it would be helpful to identify the lists. The UI outlines the IDs com.scur.type.string.278 and com.scur.type.string.340. To get the list from the IDs you could use SSH to login to MWG, type "current" to get into the most recent configuration and run
egrep com.scur.type.string.278 * -R
It will list all files containing the ID which could help to identify the list in question.
Check if they use a specific server which is different from other (working) lists. Please also check the mwg-core and mwg-coordinator logs for errors around the time of the alert in the dashboard.
I know which lists the errors are associated with. They're both maintained on our CASB. I had our admin restart the services on the CASB and I'm going to monitor things for a couple of days to see if that helped.
