Current main release question

What is the current main release? I'm on code 7.8.2 and trying to figure the many versions is confusing me. Is there a doc or link that can tell me the explain which is the recommend version?

you can find current "Main Release" version in our https://contentsecurity.mcafee.com/ Portal. Stand of today its 9.2.4.
