Create a rule using API

Hello,

is it possible to create a rule using REST API ?

i can not find which method to use in REST API documention below :

Hello!

you can work with rule sets. If you want to modify a specific rule you need to download the rule set via the REST API, modify the rules in the rule set and upload the rule set again.
