Count TCP connections

I have quite often the problem that I do not understand where the TCP connections are going throght. The CMD netstat of course is your frind, but as soon as you start to count and sort the comman becomes something like this:

netstat -ntu | grep ESTAB | awk '{print $5}' | cut -d: -f1 | sort | uniq -c | sort -nr

As I do not have all informations I created a small perl script
