It's been a number of years for us, but I believe we received it from our product team. I know it's weird they don't publish it in KB, but I'd recommend contacting your product team or support, as I'm not sure where else to get it.
Excellent suggestion. I have contacted, Support, my team group and my contacts in Professional Services but they all say the links they have no longer work. I got some guesses from past recollections. Seems the recent merger with Symphony is causing some issues with finding this stuff.
