Connection Problems

My VPN laptops are having problems using a program to connect to specific websites. Here are the screenshots:

It's the same address and similar problems.

I've attched a tcpdump the IP that I ran a test for is 172.23.25.201 and it came up with similar errors from the sources 10.6.15.21 & 10.81.31.192

I don't know much about reading into the dumps and am looking for some help. It seems to me the site timeout, so I wasn't sure if increasing my TTL would help (I've already increased it to 60).

Was a firewall issue, turned on IP spoofing and everything has been fixed.

Glad I updated to 7.0.2
