Client certificate authentication w/ Chrome

I followed this very helpful thread for client certificate authentication :

It's working great with IE and Firefox, but not at all with Chrome. When using rule tracing, It seems that the "Authenticate Against user CA" is part of the problem :

- When using IE, "authentication.failed is returning "false"

- When using Chrome, "authentication.failed is returning "true"

I can't figure out why, as Chrome and IE are sharing the same certificates stores
