Go to the each of the access.log, tsc_access.log, tsc_dlp.log and tsc_youtube.log and disable auto-pushing of the log file.

You configuration has the host CSRServer built in to send logs for reporting and you do not have the Content Security Reporter installed.

Hi Wajeeh!

You should look at the /opt/mwg/log/mwg-errors/mwg-logmanager.errors.log. This log shows more information about whats going wrong.

Ciao

Hello Felix,

I checked in that place now, it says 'could not resolve CSRServer' , failed with error code 6

[11/Jun/2013:12:20:05 AST] Cannot push '/opt/mwg/log/user-defined-logs/access.log/access1306111010.log.gz' to 'https://CSRServer:9112/logloader/access1306111010-10.1.99.6.log.gz'

Detailed reason(s):

command 'curl -g -q -f  -k -s -S --connect-timeout 30 -m 300 --ftp-create-dirs  -u mwgappl:***** -T /opt/mwg/log/user-defined-logs/access.log/access1306111010.log.gz https://CSRServer:9112/logloader/access1306111010-10.1.99.6.log.gz' failed with error code 6

Error output is 'curl: (6) Couldn't resolve host 'CSRServer''

this I start getting today, from last 3/4 days it was ok, we just started testing this hardware and still working on it. So, what is the case now with this error message ?

Thanks,

Error output is 'curl: (6) Couldn't resolve host 'CSRServer''

The hostname cannot be resolved.

You can do several things:

1) Check the hostname; use a full qualified domain name, if needed

2) Check the DNS configuration of the MWG boxes

3) Use an IP address of the server (if it is more or less static)

To check if the host can be resolved after your changes, just log on to the MWG box via ssh and use the host utility.

Use command: host CSRServer

Check if the hostname could be resovled.

Ciao

Felix
