CSR Download log from WGCS and Mvision Web Gateway cloud Service

Hi

As I testing I Install CSR+EPO in the same server. and point the proxy in EPO config and Windows config but CSR Server can't download log from WGCS. 

I think CSR service not using proxy config. and need to access Internet direct. 

What the Destination and Port for Allow in Firewall for CSR server can download the WGCS and Mvision Web Gateway cloud Service log ? 

I allow source IP CSR server Destination : msg.mcafeesaas.com Port 443,80 

The test connection is pass but still can't download the log.
