Block specific file type from a site

Hi All

I want to block user download specific type of file, for example: ms word, from a site.

I use a rule with domain and media type for match criteria.

But I still failed to block download files as application/x-empty which is the result I use rule tracing to check.

What I have to configure to block such request?

Dear @cronus.lin

I'm not able to see if you check "response" cycle. For Request cycle no Media Type detection would be possible. The rule and criteria's doesn't look bad to me. Feel free to create SR if you cant fine the root cause. Rule Trace and Feedback would be a good point to start with.

Best Regards,
Sergej
