Please help me..
We are using Web Gateway Appliance version 220.127.116.11.0 (9451).
Clients are getting error message as "Bad gateway". From which appliance logs I can find the site for which our enduser getting this error message?
You can find this information in the access logs. You can reach these via the web GUI under Troubleshooting > Log files and there under user-defined-logs > access.log.
The status code for a Bad Gateway message is 502, so this is what you should be looking for in those logs. Per default the status code would be column number four.
To easily track your "502" errors create a rule under the log handler section with the following criteria Response.StatusCode equals 502. All the logs in that file will be 502 errors.
