Anonymous WCF application not succeeding

Does anyone know what configuration change needs to be made in the Web Gateway to allow the following error to be resolved in a Windows Communication Foundation 4.0 (WCF) application?

The HTTP request is unauthorized with client authentication scheme 'Anonymous'.  The authentication header received from the server was 'NTLM,Basic realm="McAfee Web Gateway"'.

Required authentication by the application is anonymous.

Thanks.

Re: Anonymous WCF application not succeeding

Hello,

the easiest solution would be to tell the application to use a proper username that can be authenticated against the directory. As alternative, you can exclude this application (by header, IP, etc.) from authentication.
