14002 Internal antivirus filter error - Internal Anti-Malware Engine Error

Hello Team,

We are facing the Antimalware issue whenever. Please let me know how this can resolved. We have already restarted the gateway once.

Hello Elfranko0,

Thanks for your reply. In my case I could see that /opt was full due to logs. Since the day the space is cleared the error dissapeared.

I guess the process was falling short of space for holding the file for scanning.....

That also fills up if you have tracking enabled. a Gotcha for me once or twice. A Reboot does fix it

You could think about freeing up space on /opt by reducing the cache: mwg-cache-wizard. Note that steps taken here cannot be reverted.

Just mentioning this in case you need to keep more logs than curently possible.

You also might want to enable disk checking. See attached ruleset as example.
