I just completed an upgrade to CSR 2.7 and went to the log source settings to modify the new "region" field only to find the field is blank/empty with no choices available and when I choose the "Test" option it returns "unknown error" as the result. I have been using this log source for a few years, and it has been processing fine until just prior to the upgrade. Has anybody else had this issue or does anybody know why this would be happening?
